4/6 persons with living room of 30 sqm.

Three bedroom apartments 4/6 beds:
Living room, fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with dressing room and shower. Private furnished terrace of 50 sqm. with the possibility to eat outside under the veranda.
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Water and electricity, air conditioning, TV, use of laundry, lift, safe deposit box, use of bicycles.
- Private parking.
- Obligation to return kitchen clean.
- Payments 40% on booking and the balance in cash upon arrival.
- Payments 40% with wire transfer.
- Arrival from 3.00 pm. Departure before 9.00 am.
- Final cleaning Euro 60.00 for the Two bedrooms apartment, Euro 80.00 for the Three bedrooms apartment.
